A 2-3hr annual update which refreshes your first aid knowledge,  & gives you a chance to get some hands-on practice of your CPR

This course is not a mandatory requirement but results in a Continuing Professional Development  certificate- a CPD of CPR if you will!

(Not to be confused with the First Aid Requalification (Refresher) which is a full requal of your first aid certificate every 3 years)
